Package Request/Donate

Do you have a friend or relative from Massachusetts currently serving in Iraq or Afghanistan that you would like to send a care package to?

All you need to do is provide us with the following information and we'll take care of the rest. It's that simple!

Once received your soldiers information will then be registered into the H.O.T. Program for future care package deliveries. We meet monthly to prepare packages for shipment (on the 2nd Tuesday of every month) for more information please contact us direct at helpingourtroopsma@comcast.net

When you have completed the form please press the "Submit" button located at the bottom of this form. Over the next 48 hours you will receive a confirmation email from H.O.T. via the email submitted below.

Packages are shipped monthly overseas to the soldiers we support. Your name will be added to our data base and shipped out accordingly. If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact us direct at helpingourtroopsma@comcast.net .

Importantant Note: Please notify us if your soldier is schedule for upcoming R&R or scheduled to come home to the United States. Once informed package deliveries will cease, saving returns and placed on hold until further notice. This will also ensure shipping funds are not wasted and packages will not be returned.

Donations to $upport Our Troops:

Donations to support the Helping Our Troops Program are crucial to our survival. All funds are tax-deductable and will help defer shipping costs which range between $1,200 and $2,000 per month all depending on the rotation of troops we support that month. Every dollar counts!
